1. What these cover. These terms apply to Gotool.xyz and every tool on it. Using the site means you're happy with them. If you're not, that's fine — don't use the site.

2. The tools are free, and provided as they are. There's no charge, no subscription, and no paid tier. In return, there's no guarantee that any tool will work perfectly, produce a particular result, or be available at any given moment. Always keep your original files. Don't rely on a free browser tool as the only copy of anything that matters to you.

3. Your files stay yours. Because everything runs inside your own browser, we never receive your files and have no claim over them. Whatever you make with these tools is entirely yours, including anything you use commercially. We ask for no credit and take no rights.

4. What you're responsible for. You're responsible for having the right to use the files you process here, and for what you do with the results. Don't use these tools to work with material you have no right to, to create content that's illegal where you live, or to produce anything designed to harass, deceive, or harm someone. Since nothing is uploaded, we have no ability to see or moderate what anyone processes — which makes that responsibility genuinely yours, not a formality.

5. Accounts are optional. Every tool works without one. If you do create an account, keep your password to yourself — anyone with it can sign in as you. You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it at any time. We may remove accounts that are used abusively, or that sit unused indefinitely.

6. Tools marked "Beta" are exactly that. A Beta label means the tool relies on heavier browser technology that hasn't been proven working in every browser and on every device. It may fail, produce an imperfect result, or not start at all. It's labelled so you can decide, rather than finding out afterwards.

7. Things will change. Tools may be added, altered, or withdrawn, and the site may be unavailable at times — planned or otherwise. If these terms change in a way that actually matters, the change will be visible here rather than announced quietly.

8. Limits of responsibility. To the extent the law where you are allows it, we're not liable for lost files, lost work, lost time, or any other loss arising from using — or being unable to use — this site. Some places give you rights that can't be signed away; nothing here is meant to override those.

9. Third-party code. Some tools use open-source libraries that load from their providers' servers and carry their own licences. Those licences govern that code, not these terms. See the Privacy Policy for what loading them means for you in practice.
