Does this upload my signature anywhere?
No — everything is drawn and rendered directly on a canvas in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
Can I get a transparent background so I can drop it onto a document?
Yes — toggle the background to transparent before downloading and the PNG will have no background, ready to place over a PDF, contract, or image.
Do I need to be able to draw well?
No — Type mode turns typed text into a clean cursive-style signature using built-in script fonts, no drawing skill required.
Is this a legally binding e-signature?
This tool creates a signature image for general use (documents, branding, sign-offs). For legally binding e-signature workflows with audit trails, use a dedicated e-signature service.
What device do I need to draw a signature?
Any device with a mouse, touchscreen, or stylus — the drawing canvas responds to mouse and touch/pointer input alike.

Close the tab and it's like it never happened. The only thing we count is which tool ran (just the name, e.g. "merge") so we know what people find useful — never your file, its name, its size, or anything in it.
