Can I merge clips of different resolutions or formats?
Yes — every clip is automatically scaled and padded to match the output quality you choose (letterboxed if its shape doesn't match, so nothing gets stretched or cropped), then joined in order.
Does merging upload my videos anywhere?
No — it runs on a real video engine (FFmpeg, compiled to WebAssembly) loaded into your browser. Your clips are never uploaded.
What happens if one of my clips has no audio track?
If any clip is silent, the merged file is exported without audio on any clip, and the result message will say so — this keeps the join reliable rather than guessing at a fix.
Can I change the order after adding clips?
Yes, use the up/down arrows next to each clip to reorder them, or the × to remove one, before merging.
Is there a limit on how many clips or how long the video engine takes?
No hard limit on clip count — since this runs in your browser, the practical ceiling is your device's memory and how long you're willing to wait for longer merges.

Close the tab and it's like it never happened. The only thing we count is which tool ran (just the name, e.g. "merge") so we know what people find useful — never your file, its name, its size, or anything in it.
